I ate a piece of chocolate cake yesterday evening. Because I wanted to and it tasted like heaven. Thank you.
I´m in Shanghai at the moment and it´s so hard to eat healthy and vegetarian food here. I´m feeling sick all day because of the food. I guess I just need to eat what I get and work out in the hotel gym every night.
