I get happy for every meal I skip. I get sad every time I eat. So why the fuck do I binge so often?
today was bad. really bad. I think I ate for over 1500 calories. I have not eaten that much in months… But tomorrow is a new day and I wont eat much + I will work out right after school. Going to burn the fat off.
Eating frozen strawberries and drinking chocolate tea. The best snack.
