I get happy for every meal I skip.I get sad every time I eat.
So why the fuck do I binge so often?
today was bad. really bad. I think I ate for over 1500 calories. I have not eaten that much in months…
But tomorrow is a new day and I wont eat much + I will work out right after school. Going to burn the fat off.
Eating frozen strawberries and drinking chocolate tea. The best snack.
Sorry, I’ve just been really down lately and I guess I’ve taken it too long. I will start to be much more positive from now. I promise:)
